Welcome to a session for everyone interested in management and leadership hosted by IFLA Standing Committee on Management & Marketing. This session will focus on Evaluation of customer satisfaction and give the opportunity for participants to share experiences.
Krista Visas, Director at Pärnu Central Library, will give an introduction. After the presentation, all participants will be invited to the discussions.
This is a small group session with max 30 participants. The session will not be recorded.
