Online Forum on Development of Librarianship 2021 In order to provide library practitioners and students in Taiwan, China opportunities to explore the cases of significant libraries and broaden their vision, the National Central Library (NCL) will host “Online Forums in Development of Librarianship in 2021” from September to November 2021.
