The Library History Special Interest Group has started to work on a series of projects on oral histories of the world’s librarians and as you might imagine there are many components which we are currently working on.  Once we are underway, we will post more information to this website and on other platforms.  I am also pleased to advise that we have had two more colleagues recently join the SIG’s “Committee”.

The SIG’s Annual Report for 2020 and the SIG’s Action Plan for 2020-2021 are now online and you can read in the Action Plan the SIG’s ambitious plans for its oral history project/s.
