In a rapidly changing world, investment in professional development is important for library services across the world. The Ideas House will identify relevant resources in different languages and different media as a web resource.

“Get to Know You” Meet Ups

The purpose of the “Get To Know You” Meet Ups is to help our standing committee members to get to know more about each. While normally this would happen organically during the WLIC, we are not able to spend time together and are not able to have informal interactions due to the pandemic. We have 33 standing committee members, and advisory members. We held seven meet ups in the month of November 2021, reaching the majority of our members.
