Coaching Initiative
Key Initiative 3.1 Provide excellent opportunities for face-to-face networking and learning
Coaching
Do you want to develop your career; tackle challenging situations; achieve your goals and expand your career and professional development opportunities with the support of experienced professionals?
Performance or leadership coaching might be the solution you have been waiting for. It focuses on aligning organisational and individual goals with the aim of improving individual performance and ensuring that the organisation‘s mission is achieved.
The IFLA Coaching Initiative, a collaboration between Continuing Professional Development and Workplace Learning Section (CPDWL) and Management & Marketing Section (M&M), will continue to be available. We also hope to offer face-to-face coaching sessions at the WLIC 2022, 24 – 28 July 2022 in Dublin, but also online coaching sessions.
Coaching will be available in different languages to support as many professionals as we can.
Further news about the Coaching Initiative will be published through our social media channels.
