The IFLA School Libraries Section is organizing a session about the new School Library Manifesto.
The webinar is organized by the joint team of two IFLA Sections – Information Literacy (IL) and School Libraries (SL) – and is delivered online within the programs of celebrations and initiatives for the Global Media and Information Literacy Week 2022, promoted by UNESCO, and the International School Library Month 2022, promoted by the International Association of School Librarianship (IASL).
Join us for this program as the authors and editors explore the varied themes in The Black Librarian in America and the current state and future of Black Librarianship.
The IFLA School Libraries Section was invited to make the voice of countries outside USA, represented by Valérie Glass, the section’s chair during the round-table discussion.

They will take place via Zoom on 27-28 October 2021.
