For those Sections where the number of nominees exceeded the number of vacancies, a postal ballot has been dispatched on 29 January 2019 to all Members and Affiliates registered for the respective Section.

Only those Members and Affiliates who have paid their 2018 membership fees in full and who are not in arrears are eligible to vote in these elections.
The original ballot paper, complete with membership details, including the membership number, must be used. It must be signed by the authorised representative of the member.
